The Not-So-Sore Loser

hi - i have read your diary and i have the same problems sometimes - especially on school holidays when i have nothing but school work and i just cant stop thinking about what i could eat next!
something that really works for me is having a bag of carrots on my desk so when im hungry i eat one and they satisfy my need to chew. they tire my jaw out and are suprisingly filling and VERY low calorie.
i also found that instead of having bread etc for lunch if i had salad and lots of proetin it kept me stuffed til tea time. i am trying to avoid bread and sugarry cereals/cereal bars and just kick out all the sugar things that make me crave.
hope youre keeping your swimming up - the only person who can make you do it is yourself - youve got to tink about what YOU WANT :) do you really want to be sat eating or could you be using that time to go jogging/swimming. you can then justify your need to eat that snack or whatever. hope thats useful to you. im glad to have read someones diary who has the same problem as me.
good luck - stay motivated - we can do this x

Ack! Eat your breakfast girl!!

I know I snack much more throughout the day if I don't! I also know I do much better when I'm actually counting and inputting my calories!

It's definitely tough in a school environment, but you CAN do it :)
