May is just beginning - so why not get in shape for summer? My goal is to be 5 pounds lighter at the end of the month. But I bet a lot of you could beat that, so let's go!
 
Down 3 pounds after one week.:)
 
Sure surprised no-one took the challenge with revealing summer clothes weather upon us - but I guess that's just in the northern hemisphere.
I began at 183 (although I had seen 184 the day before) and have now reached my goal of 178. Now the challenge is to stay there! To the end of the month and beyond!
