Okay, so a little about me.

Beginning Weight: 269 lbs. (August 2006)
Current Weight: ~245 lbs. (September 2007.)

Short Term Goal: Run my first 5K this December 2007!
Short Term Goal: Reach 200 lbs by 2008
Long Term Goal: Reach 145 lbs by 2009

Measurements:
(This is something new I have started to do after I started lifting weights regularly. I have heard seeing the inches drop off can be more gratifying than watching the scale. We will see :) )

Yep, that is about it. In thirty minutes I'm going to the gym to do 45 min weight training, and then 45 min cardio. I am super hungry right now so I'll probably grab some backed lays before I go. Thanks for stopping by!
 
Well, baked lays are nice and salty, but they won't fill you up or keep you satiated for long. but, baked is better then fried any day...lol! Just watch the serving size and the amount of sodium you are taking in. Welcome to the forum and great job so far on the weight loss.
