I think I have about 3 or 4 diaries that I have started on here. The first one pretty successful, made it to my goal of 125lbs, stopped coming, gained, made another, stopped coming, made another... you get the picture.
I have been thinking about it for several weeks now that I wanted to regain a healthy lifestyle. Today, looking at the before and afters, I have been there, I have tasted it... and I want it again, for good this time.
This morning I weighed in at 148 lbs this morning and I am 5'4", wearing a size 10 (but should probably be wearing a size 12, I just refuse it)
I am going to take measurements today (as soon as I find a tape measure). My overall goal is 120 pounds.
However, my mini goal for this week is to;
1. keep a food journal
2. make healthy food choices
3. excersice for 1 hour ever day
Mini weight loss goal of 140.
