Hello Everyone,
I am Anvi From India, And this is my first try at Weight Loss.

I Weight currently 91Kgs and My height is 172.5 cm to be precise.

I will be Beginning my weight loss session from tomorrow and will be maintaining this diary to keep me motivated.

Ohk... to begin with, first day was not as planned. The Calories intake was higher, compared to normal days in the morning.

I woke up late which means i skipped breakfast. I had approx 840 calories in the lunch.
Then I did 100 Skippings ( i am just beginning :D) (Hope to increase it to 1000 in few weeks)

In the evening i had a Double Chicken Roll which would amount to anywhere between 500-800 calories. I dont know the exact amount of calories in it.

Then at night, i had 3 oats buiscuit to fill me up and to compensate on my lunch and evening snack.


Additional Details: I did not have any sodas today. And Drank nearly 4 liters of water. I also took a member ship at the nearest health club.

Hope for a Better Day tomorrow.

Sorry if my english is not good..... Its not my native language.....

So beginning my 2nd Day,
I started my day with Oats in the morning....... also i had an apple.

Then I took 1 litre chilled water bottle with me to my college. It helped in one way, that when ever i had craving for cold drink i used to drink chilled water instead.

I did not have anything in the Afternoon.

In the evening i had 1 Chicken Sandwich (grilled) and 1 pinapple juice at my home.

In the night my calories intake was much less as i only had 2 chappaties.

I was way too satisfied with myself as i ate only 1/2 what i used to eat and had a full stomach. As Before having anything , i take 2 glasses of water to fill my stomach .



Talking about exercise, I did not do any skipping today as it was my 1st day at a health club. i did 20 minutes of Treadmill, 20 minutes of cycling and 10 minutes of Cross trainer.(as per the trainers instruction)

The only bad thing, i had 200ml of soda in the night..... SO breaking my streak of 6 days without soda.....
 
DAY 3— It has been excellent so far. I did Excessive Exercise a lot and cut down almost all my calories.

Morning- 1 Paratha (310 Cl) + Sides(roughlu 40 cls)= 350 Cls

Afternoon- 3 Oats busicuit and 3 liters of water....then a proper meal worth 300 cls

Evening - Did 20 Mins on treadmill(178 Cls) + 20 mins on crosstrainer(153 cls) + 20 Minutes on Cycling(133 cls)= Burned 464 calories
Then after the gym ends tried a workout dvd of insanity but then left it in just 3 minutes.......(phew it was harddd)

Night- 3 chappatis, 2 spoon rice(and exactly 2 spoon rice :p) , And pulse...

So had a wonderful day and am Loving it......
 
Sounds like you're making a lot of good choices. Kudos to you! Don't worry too much about the soda. I think that's something quite a few of us struggle with. I know I was a big soda junkie. Now I hardly ever drink it. Slow and steady, you'll be fine! :)
