I have n=mentioned in my Welcome Post about my history - starting at 225, dropping to 190, starting Strongoman Competitions, gaining 18 pls back - and now determined to get to 160 !!!

I have never stopped going to they gym- my workouts started with cardio and HIIT sessions, 4-6 X a week for 9 months or so - then I started training for Strongwomsn - doing a Westside barbell training program which pretty much dropped the cardio.
After having a very bad personal situation last sumer, I started smoking, and just recently started getting my cardio back to 50 min per session.

I have decided to hang up the Atlas Stones and get back into full time weight loss again - I'm just no happy at 208...I know I can get to 160 - I have years before ( I am a YOYO and always have been)

So my journey starts...again...today. :hurray:
I'd like to keep a daily food journal as well as an eercise jurnal - this halos me be more accountable to myself.

Do you all use a food journal program here?
I'd also like to get the weight tracjer thing - but do not know how to get the PIN number going - Maybe someone could help !
Thanks, and I'm hoping to get alot out of thii forum !
