Hello everyone. My name, actually nickname, is "Emi" and I'm 24 years old and currently on my second day of dieting. I'm recording all of my experiences on a journal on myspace and livejournal. 
MYSPACE JOURNAL:
My starting weight is 175lbs and I want to trim down to 120lbs which means that I'm figuring to lose over 50lbs. For the summer, aka the next 2 months, I want to lose about 20lbs. After I have those pounds lost, then I'll slowly move on to losing the rest.
Measurements thus far:
Chest: 38"
Waist: 33"
Hips: 46.5"
As far as eating, I'm not restricting myself too much. Yes all the junk food and fast food have gone out the window, but as for the rest of foods (sugary ones, fattening, etc) they are still in my diet but in moderation. Basically I'm keeping to a 1200 cal diet.
As for exercising, I'm doing cardio on a treadmill, pilates and some weight training.
