The Importance of Meal Frequency

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - never skip it. Breakfast is a necessity, it jump starts your metabolism for the day and helps you lose weight. If you are having a proper and healthy breakfast,your frequency of eating automatically reduces and you weight too!!!I follow this everyday. i might skip lunch or dinner but breakfast NEVER!!
 
I'm looking forward to our interview, which is going to take longer than forever due to both of our schedules. We've been on question number 1 for months, lol.
