You know just a couple of hours ago...i post my meals for the day and I was so proud of myself now its 1115 pm est and a snack is calling.

No i dont want to do it but i want it...sun chips aint so bad is it...sometimes dieting can play tricks on your mind and ego.
Any way i think i m getting back into control...yeah!!
