Day 1.
Hello Everyone I'm HeavyD! and it is a pleasure to meet you all. I'm a 26 year old obese person and this is where my story begins. Sometimes I feel great and have plenty of energy, but most of the time I feel tired, sluggish and out of breath. My work clothes feel tight and uncomfortable most the time, and I don't feel confident about myself when talking to clients. For the past 8 years I have been steadily gaining weight and never stopping. I went from being a high school senior in 2005 at 175 pounds standing 5'10 to a 26 year old man at 245 pounds still standing at 5'10 (that wont change lol). I am going to be keeping both and online and offline journal of everything I do from now on. What I eat, what I do for exercise, how I spend my day, and how I feel at the end of that day. I have had many day ones through out the years but with the support and constant screening from all of you I hope to actually make a difference. That means dropping 75 pounds with no more excuses and with constant scrutiny (I hope) from all of you here on the weight-loss forum. Its too late in the day 8pm for me to do anything other than type this up and prepare for tomorrows meals, so I will begin my next post tomorrow with a break down of what I eat and do. Here are my measurements as of today 5/16/2013.
Thank you all in advance,
HeavyD!

Welcome, I won't say good luck because luck has nothing to do with it, determination and never giving up will get you there. You will have slip ups along the way (we all do) but never give up.
) and keep you on track! Let us know how your first day went.
