First off: every diet that reduces your calorie intake will normally make you lose weight but since everyone is different each of us has to find one that we can actually stick to long-term. Because no diet will keep you slim after you go off it. Return to your old habits and your weight will return with them. So maybe what we need aren´t diets at all but simple changes to our daily lives. Do you have a lot of weight to lose? What are some habits you have that you think contributed to your weight gain? What are healthy habits you already have and you can maybe build on?
I can´t tell you what to do but I´m sure if you tell us a bit more about your goals and struggles we can help you think through some stuff that could help you.

Fad diets, including ones like in the video are not a good idea.
for those looking to loose weight, no matter how much you have to loose is to take a look at your current diet and see where small changes can be made. Small improvements can lead to big changes over time.
Hi, walletaaa & welcome to the forum. Tell us some more about what you eat & we will try to help you. Fad diets are never the answer. Try not to be harsh on yourself. It's much harder being positive about losing weight if you are being hard on yourself. You need to love & nourish your body. As Tru says, start by making small changes.
