Hi, I'm Eric and I go to the University of Arizona. Here is my story.
I joined here many years ago back in freshman year of highschool. This website helped me lose 65 pounds which had brought me to a decent weight of 160 for my 5'4" height (at that time). Now I stand a few inches taller but weigh 190 pounds and I've only get two more years of college left! It's time to get serious, get off the nicotine (I KNOW!!!), and get MOVING! And thus, I've returned to one of the best and most helpful websites IN THE WORLD to regain my self-esteem.
Basically at this point, I'm trying to quit smoking cigarettes, get my eating habits back in order, and pump up the cardio and strength training which I currently do VERY RARELY. I just can't seem to stay motivated and with it for than three or four days before its back to the energy drinks, junk food, being lazy all day.
My goals include posting what I've eaten for the day, how many ounces of water I consume, and what/which workouts I do. I hope to be able to post on here DAILY. I would like to be able to see a transformation/improvement in the foods and workouts I consume and do every day. Finally, I hope to achieve my desired goal of 150 pounds or in the event that I build enough muscle, perhaps a little more. I want to be a lean, fit, SEXY machine!
iggy:
Edit: Well I couldn't possibly go to bed after starting this journal without doing some kind of exercising. So I got in a 30 minute bike ride (which I pushed through pretty hard) and a ten minute cool down walk with my dog.
