The Final Countdown

Hey, quick checking in with everyone-

Tri training is rocking. I am down 16 pounds since Feb 1. Pretty sure its a healthy 16 since I am drinking a lot of recovery drinks post workout, and they are loaded with sodium...you know since I lose a lot of it when sweating. Anyway, I am getting fitter, happier, stronger...what not.

Soon I will conquer the world.
