the difficult path

losing weight is always the toughest journey, I've been through those cycles of losing weight then again gaining weight then again losing but this time my weight was the maximum i ever had in life of 24 years. so here i write my journal.
today I weighed myself & i'm 4 lbs lighter than last week. exciting, thrilling.
NOTHING TASTES BETTER THAN LOSING WEIGHT:rotflmao:

here are the things i did for past 3 weeks.
1. I promised myself I will excercise every day, did 40-50 minutes of elleptical in gym + abs
2. Followed weight watchers diet, had loads of salads, fruits, water. it is worth it. once in a while i cant stop myself from having junk but the thing is I restrict myself to very limited portions & being on weightwatchers diet plan I usually compensate for it next day, or by having something lighter in the next meal.
3. Had more water than I usually take, even though I'm supposed to drink 4-5 liters a day, I'm trying to make it to 3-4 liters. Initially it was 1-2 liters a day.

so i will keep writing.........
