The diary of a Franchise Player.

Haha, it's not what you think :p

I just book the samples in we get into the company database and then apply the correct labels to the correct samples and move them on. But still, it's a job and something i'm looking forward to.

oh here and there...lol ;) I just like to check my mail occassionally. (sp?) but yea since my mom is here, I try not to be glued to my comp. We're watching, "The Gift"

So I guess I am done with this whole weight loss thing, now I need to gain muscle. I'm reallllllly stubborn. UGH.

I'm taking things up a notch now.. I'm introducing jogging. I know a few weeks/months ago I said I just simply can't jog, i'm forcing myself. Not very well I'll admit but.. I think even the slowest have to start somewhere.

I'm just doing three 'bursts' while i'm out walking every night at the moment. Just to get myself used to jogging.

8/31/09: 30 seconds, 40 seconds, 50 seconds
9/1/09: 40 seconds, 50 seconds, 50 seconds

I couldn't quite manage the 60 seconds. I think if i'd done the 60 second one first, i'd have probably managed it, my body felt wrecked after the first two spurts.

That's just exactly how you should go about starting the running/jogging thing. ;) HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training.

Whoa! You Freakin Turned it up a Notch!!! Way To GO!!!! AMAZZZING Adam!:willy_nilly:

Today, out with friends having a general mess about at the park, I jogged for 52 seconds, and then sprinted for 100 seconds. I can't deny that I was dead at the 100 second mark and had to lie down.

Well hello again everybody :)

I started my new job pretty much a week before my last post, four months ago now!

I've put on about 10lbs over the last four months, however that is still a reduction in total of 28lbs since I started this whole thing.

I'm looking to get back on track again and lose me another 40lbs to win this once and for all. I know the important thing is that i've not put it ALL back on, just some 25% or so of what I lost.
