Hi I'm James and this is my diary, I'm New to the site so any advice is welcomed if you wish to read my story you can find it here:
I'm 6'2 at 380 lb, I plan to shred fat and gain me some lean-muscle with a a low-carb/high-protean diet accompanied with some good old weight training and cardio.
My goal is to reach 185 lb within the next two years.
OK so here we go,
Today for breakfast I had 3 egg-whites for breakfast and a tall glass of water alongside some yummy vitamins.
For lunch a had a cup 1 1/2 of salad with a teaspoon of vinegar and a tea spoon of olive oil.
For exercise me and my brother took a long hot walk to the park, when i got home I hit the weights, I worked my chest and shoulders today, and did 30 minutes on the stationary bike. Then had my post work out protean shake "Muscle Milk"
For Dinner I had some Lean Cousin (not bad i might add)
