So 2007 has made it and before we know it, it will be gone. There are some other things I would like to have gone too be the end of the year. A little history here before I start.

08-12-06 I turned 30. Some think I am still a baby, as for me I am ready to live.

I have been overweight all my life. I have failed at every stupid diet craze outthere, why because I never really tried. The times I have tried i did it, but then I gave up. My natural human instinct kicked in and I quit. So where am I know. Ok I am over 100 lbs overweight, and I do not like it. I am uncomfortable, my clothes are ugly and I feel I am loosing my spunk. I set a goal to loose 100LBS by my 32 birthday, so if you are reading this please keep in touch, lets be supportive of one another. So this will be my daily daiey I quess, if this is not where it is suppose to be please let me know. I was not planning on doing this today, actually have not thought of it at all but ALL THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON. and that is why I am here today. I am ready to make a difference in my life any help to make a difference in your life. ....................Thanks for stopping by and I will reply and be thankful for everything
 
Hi! Welcome to the forum. I am 31. I have been trying to lose weight for yrs. and I have 13lbs. to go. It's great to have you here and I look forward to seeing and helping you out on your journey!!:)
 
Heya's and welcome!! I am 33 with 4 little ones and I felt like I have
been yo yo dieting since age 16!! However I am doing it in
a healthier way that I can live with and I feel it's working
pretty well for once in my life.Good Luck to ya you can do it!

Hey there, I am not 30 yet but I am pushing it, I turn 29 in April...I had my first child at 16 and have been over weight since then...I decided last Sept I believe or Oct...to get serious abt this, I guess I am semi serious but over all I have done a pretty job soo far...fad diets dont work, in your words they are stupid...the two or maybe three main things that worked well for me was...joining here, counting my cals and exercising every chance I get...I decided to stop using hte excuse I dont have the time because I do I just need to make it...I have two kidlettes, eat well for the most part and exercise like crazy, If I can do it so can you...well hell, if the three of us can, we are all mommies and we are doing it...I will help support you, daily if you like...welcome aboard...
