The Captain's Before.. During / After

Hi ,

Between July 2004 and now (May 2007) , I've dropped from 310 lb to 230 lb , so about 80 lbs. That's cool but I've been around 240 - 230 for almost a year and I'd like to make a concentrated push down to my ideal weight...

I'm only 5'7"-ish and slightly more muscular than um.. average, so my guess is that my ideal weight is probably somewhere around 170. At 230, I'm still pretty fat, but I'm very healthy (run / lift every day / eat 1000 - 2000 of fruits, lean meat per day) so losing another 50 - 60 lb is going to be a pain in the ass.

I pretty much must starve myself to lose weight (on top of tricking up my metabolism with green tea, extra water, L-carnitie, etc.), yeah...

So anyway, more conversation later, here are some pics!

You can do it. first thing you gotta knock is the diet. You can eat bad enough to mess up any workout. Second is be consistant be consistant be consistant. Nothing worse than doing good 5 days in a row to fuck up on the 6th day and make it all for nothing. You could easily drop those last 60lbs this summer without much trouble. It would just be a matter of really getting after you're workouts and eating right.

Man, I agree with that 100%. Those 6th days (Saturdays for me) can be bad because everyone wants to drink and party all day and a lot of the time I drink and eat more than I should after being good all week.
