The biggest loser show (biggest looser)

yea, i saw Amy in a recent magazine..she looks incrediable! The only thing I don't like is how she holds her nose so high...has anyone noticed that??? makes her look snobby!
 
FMrfijwiofhu9whtruoh. Dang. Coleen is gone. :( She looks good now, and so does her dad. He can probably last longer then me in running. Anyways, amy shouldn't of picked Vicky. I doubt they would've minded much. I'm for Amy or Renee now.

yea, i'm sure its unconcience that she holds herself that way. I'm so mad that amy sent colleen home! grrrrr doesn't she know that vicky will only be her 'friend' if shes her puppet??? anyways, colleen does look great and i'm so proud of her and her dad!!!
 
Hafta agree... that was Stoooopid, and Amy WILL pay for it later, unless she keeps up her most major biggest looesr of weights until the end...

At the very very very beginning I was rooting for Vicky and Brady b/c they are from my state. As soon as they started showing more of them I started liking them less and less. Now I'm just embarrassed that I EVER said that I hoped they would win! UGH!!! I truly feel sick to my stomach everytime Vicky opens her mouth. I really really want Amy to win!!!!! Or anyone from the black team. It's weird how the drama queen switched from Heba to Vicky. I guess there just can't be more than one. Heba still gets on my nerves too though. Anyway, can't wait until next week!

Hello all! I always disliked the Brown team, so this has not been a surprise. The show is really showing them for what they are. They will be embarrassed later when they get home and view themselves on t.v.
They need to think of what people will say to their children. People can be very rude.
 
i never laughed so hard as when i did when Ed said "when I saw that football comming at me, I knew....Hebba already had that money spent" lol!! Its so true of women.
 
Vicky is very conniving and wicked. I knew she would vote of Amy but then again Amy was so stupid because she had the greatest chance in the world to vote of Vicky but didnt because she thought it would make things better. She was simply used thats all. You know whats so funny....she and Heba are so 'friendly' but Heba and Ed will never vote against each other. But again I felt so bad for Amy....but she was too naive at that last elimination. There was absolutely no way Colleen was a bigger threat to her than Vicky. Just tried to save her own skin.
 
Good news:

I think Vicky will be voted off (hopefully) because think about it: We only have final 5 now: Heba and Ed as married couple, Renee and Michelle as Mother and Daugther...Sooo..Vicky is now the only one that doesn't have a husband in the final 5.

So if Vicky gets to the yellow line next time, I think she'll be done. Here's why:

1) Say, if Vicky and Heba both get yellow line. Ed, Michelle, Renee all would vote Vicky off easily.

2) Say, if Vicky and Ed both get yellow line. Again, Heba, Michelle and Renee all would vote off Vicky easily.

The only thing that Vicky will remain in the game IF:

1) Say, if Vicky/Michelle both get yellow line, then Renee will vote Vicky off. Ed and Heba might vote Michelle off.

2) Say, if Vicky/Renee both get yellow line, Michelle will vote Vicky off. Ed/Heba might vote Renee off.

However, remember Michelle is usually the strongest person (as in the sense of pulling strong numbers of weight loss on regular basis). Heba is more iffy. Vicky is more iffy. Ed and Renee has potential to pull strong numbers on regular basis. So my bet is that Vicky will be voted off next episode! ;)

you have to remember also they train that hard because it's not just about losing weight they also stand a chance to win a butt load of money if they are "the biggest loser" i would work out 6 hours a day too if it was for that kind of money lol
 
ok, so is it me, or does anyone else cry when they watch the show??? lol!! i feel like such a dumb a$$....but I always cry! I'm happy for the contestants when they loose, b/c I remember how it felt....i cry when they gain, or don't loose...b/c I can totally feel their pain...you know??

I was so sad when Bob said that Ryan (biggest Looser 1's winner) gained ALL of his weight back....so sad. Just reminds me of what I read in Randy's diary....this weight loss journey never ends, not even when your at your goal....

i dunno...maybe i'm just emo tonight, lol
 
I smile for the courage they've all learned. Like I said before, it only hit me this year that it saddens me they vote people off so I won't be voting for either of those two.

Spoiler: Michelle will be eye-poppin' lush lush.

And yes Korrie, Ryan gained all but 30 lbs. back as of last Feb. No tellin' where he's at now.
 
Matt's gained some weight too...he's on my myspace page...but he didnt' gain tons, so thats good... Yea, Michelle is will drop dead gorgeous! She already is! I think Hebba might be shocking too.

I think they should just boot off the lowest percentage lost..period...no "game" other than that, you know?
 
So I didnt get to watch it grrr horrible snowfalls here knocked out cable. So whats going on now? I know the finale is next week, and I know that america gets to choose whos number 3....i voted....for heba.... cuz i dont want a man up against my Michelle!!! :) She HAS TO WIN IT!!!
But tihs is all I know.... details details lol
 
I would like to offer some insight, I am a personal trainer and strength coach. The weight loss process for the biggest loser can be simply explained. The show is filmed in installments and the weight loss you are seeing is not occurring in a weeks time. It happens over a period of time. In order for a human to lose 20 lbs, they would need a caloric deficit of 70,000 calories. That means over 7 days this person would either burn an extra 10,000 calories or not eat an extra 10,000 calories. Doesn't add up huh? It doesn't mean these individuals aren't working hard, it is just a lil bit of lying to keep you inspired.
