Hello everyone,
My goal is to lose 25 pounds, I am currently at 165 and I would like to get down to 140 (just as a start). My husband and I are on this together, if you want to read about his progress he is BigGuy27. We are going to Las Vegas in 4 weeks for our 1 year anniversary so I am determined to lose as much as I can (safely) before then. Here is kinda where I am at right now, when I first noticed that I was really getting big was about 5 years ago, I was in a comfortable relationship and let myself go, when the relationship ended I was 220 pounds! That was by far the biggest I had ever been (although as far as I can remember I have never been skinny either) I have usually been a little overweight but carried it well and I thought I was just average. Anyways, I started eating better (but not really dieting) and the weight just came off slowely. My 2 youngest kids are ages 21 months and 10 months, I lost all the pregnancy weight right away with no problems. My husband and I found out we were going to have another baby due in October so I wasnt planning on starting this diet yet but at 13 weeks pregnant something went terribly wrong and we lost the baby. That has been the hardest thing for both my husband and I to overcome right now. So I decided to start this diet, exercise and try to focus on something else. Moving on....I will be posting my progress every week and I am going to start from April 29th because that is when I started. I apologize for the long introduction and appreciate any and all the support and encouragement I can get! Thanks for reading!!!
