I've always had an athletic build because I played varsity baseball but as a lot of you know of all the sports, baseball has a lot of people who aren't necessarily as athletic as say a track dude/female or swimmer. I wasn't ever really all that healthy.

But after high school I went on a huge binge. I ate like crazy and got to a little more than 260lbs. I was bigger than i ever been and when i went to the doctors, I found out i was in pre-diabetes and that if i didn't lose weight and become more healthy things weren't too good. Big scare Oo

So now I wanna post a picture of me then, a picture of me now, and tell you my goal weight.

I started at 260 and since then have dropped 40 lbs in nearly 4 months. I want to drop another 40 so I guess i'm officially at the half way point.

The pixs below are what i was at before and where I'm at now. Hope they show up since me and technology fit like a glove and a foot...

Hey Tik Tok, I'm about 5'11 and a half, but the DMV just rounded me to an even 6 feet. I wanna lose weight, and build muscle mass. It's just confusing because my weight is fluctuating a lot. And for some reason I'm stuck. Haven't gained or lost weight in that last 2 weeks.

plateau?

Wow, congratulations on the fantastic weight loss! It sounds like you just hit a plateau.. has that happened before? Try changing your workout routine a little, or altering another dietary habit, or just keep on being patient and waiting for your body to adjust, soon you will kick-start your weight loss again. Good luck!
