The Aim, Plan and Time

Hi Guys, Your advice would be really helpful to me....

The Aim

Right, Basically i am going on a lads holiday in August. I am planning to start 3 months of solid hard work to get that "beach body" that everyone craves. I.e a six pack.....My diet/plan will start on May 1st. This gives me 107 Days till the ultimate holiday.

Here is some quick Info on me
Age - 18
Height - 5 Foot 4 ish
Weight - 68 pounds i believe

To maintain my weight i should eat 2200 calories......so i plan to eat roughly 1800

The workout routine
As my soccer season is nearly at the end i should have every day free...

Monday - Soccer Training or Gym Session
Tuesday - Gym Session ( Burn 500 ish calories )
Wednesday - Weight Session ( Going to get a weight program )
Thursday - Gym Session ( Burn 500 ish calories )
Friday - Weight Session
Saturday - Morning Weight Session
Sunday - REST DAY

The bad Bits

Obviously i am 18 and i have an 18 year olds life. I.e Weekend drinking sessions. I am trying to cut this down....but it is hard haha.... Probably try to have 4 beers on friday and saturday....

I am having a major drinking sesh on these days as they are parties.
- May 6th- May 27th

My Questions!

Is my chances possible in 3 months...
Will i be ok to drink as much beer as i say. (Please say yes)
Can you help?

you might weigh a little more than 68lbs mate
 
Although I'm all for self improvement I think you need to be a little more realistic. Why not start training to look good on your lads holiday in 2008?

Also, I think you're gonna be bloody hungry on Thursday and Sunday, good to see you've put the effort into planning a diet though.
 
maybe if ure dedicated enough but id eat a little more try HIIT and try to give yourself 48hrs rest between weight sessions do u have a workout plan if so post it up so people can judge better oh and stay off the lash!!!
 
You should be consuming protein with every meal. And I'd ditch those small snacks and make them meals.

Looks like your under eating.
 
Where you going on holiday to?

Me and my mates are going on holiday to Malia in Crete in July.

A good motivator for me!
 
18 years old illegally drinking... damn good stuff. 68lbs you say you weigh at 5'4" ?? Interestingly odd. For someone who had surgery on their heart, I don't think you should be drinking anything but water, milk, and juice. I will assume you meant to say 168lbs. I don't think you will make the slim up unless you cut even more cals. Gl
 
Thankyou but i had the all clear on my heart when i was ten....so i can lead a normal life....18 is not illegal drinking in the UK....

whoever said dnt go on the lash....you try doing that when your 18...lol

LV you said make my snacks into meals...what do you suggest that i replace the snacks with.....

When should you eat carbs, protein and fats....should you only eat carbs at breakfast and after a workout?
