Sooo, why did you use "reduced calorie" pancake syrup?? you could have broken 10,000 calories if you really tried.

This is what I ate today. Obviously this is my cheat day. Been on slo carb diet per The 4 Hour Body for 8 weeks now. Have come from 190 to 163. So for what it's worth it works for me.
Can't say I'm even familiar with it. Is it another slow carb diet?
Has anyone ever read or done the abs diet? Just picked up a copy. my dr actually recommended it to me
I tried Low Carb (not slow carb) but that made me physically ill (nope, that is not an excuse)
I've been on for 6 weeks, lost 4kgs. But from a DEXA body composition scan only 15% of that loss was fat. My body composition is worse than I started. I was so devastated. 24.5% up to 25.1%. I have been eating well haven't been starving myself at all, and my activity levels have gone up. How the hell did I end up losing 3.4 kgs of muscle?
Thanks Caiphus, that is good to know. I will be getting a DEXA done this week. Have you kept a food diary online?
