THE 3x3

hey guys; have any of you done the 3x3 program?
how was it for you?
its supposed to get +25 lbs on squat, +15lbs on deadlift and +10 lbs on bench in 8 weeks. pretty sweet, no?
thats the only 3 exercises done during the whole routine :O
great for powerlifters; i think i may just add in 1 assistance exercise: chinups once a week.
