The 3 Hour Diet?...

Hey everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone has heared of the The 3 Hour Diet.
It includes all the food groups and sounds like it would be a good diet.
I am going to be exercising, ofcourse... and reach my goal weight before my sisters wedding! So I will need to lose 2 pounds.

Has anyone tried the 3 Hour Diet? Does it really make you lose two pounds a week??
If anyone knows anything about it, please let me know! :)
 
Its form Jorge Cruise. I liked his "8 minutes in the morning" book. I have his card system so every day you get an exercise to do. However, then came the 8 minutes in the morning for women. Then 8 minutes cook book, the 8 minutes... So I see there is now the 3 hour cook book, 3 hour lunch box (kidding).
 
this thread is almost a year old... and the original poster had only one post so I'm guessing that they gave up after about 12 hours :D
 
Wow. Are they serious? I didn't know there was a 3 hour diet. I'm wondering it it's just some smart person trying to make money from people like us who want to lose weight?
 
2 pounds? who wants to lose 2 pounds? weight fluxuates up and down about 2 pounds throughout the day through the small changes happening that are always happening in you body... for 2 pounds you could skip breakfast and lunch and take a trip to the bathroom lol
