Ok people...this is me. I am18, 178 cm and was 77kg last time I checked. I have played team handball for 9 years, worked out myself with a 5 kg and body weight at home.
My purpose is to get bigger while not losing my athletic shape. I just started gym for the first time in my life ..and it has been 5 trainings. Trainers there do not give me heavy weights even though I told them my purpose is to get bigger and stronger.
The diameter of my arm right now is 34 cm...I want it at least 38. I know genetics are important, but I hope I do look like a guy who can grow much bigger.
I also want to make my shoulders wider and my pecs bigger.
