That dreaded part of the body......

No matter what I try I just cannot shift some of the fat around my belly!!!

Is thier an effective way somebody could share with me?

Also can you point me in the direction of a good calorie calculator and tell me what % I shoulf knock off that to use as a guide....

Regards

Gavin

you can use the harris benedict formula to determine BMR + daily activity level for an estimated maintenance calorie intake. But nothing is better than just tracking a week on fitday to see what's keeping you at your present weight.
then knock 10-20% off for fat loss.

more importantly, clean up your diet of simple carbs, fats and junk foods, and get under some heavy barbells. you can't spot reduce fat, and in men, the belly is the last to go.

3 hours of cardio a week consisting of football x2 and badminton x1 (hours each)

Upper body weights (chest, biceps, shoulders, back)

I weighg 82KG's BF% 13.1

The order your body gentically stores body fat, is the order that you will also lose it, except in reverse, for the most part. So if your belly is the first place fat accumulates, it is probably the last place it will come off.
