Since hardcore training for the last couple of months ive noticed something quite important (nearly typed impotent, quite apt)
I did eat baked beans and chicken for tea two nights or so a week, plus another couple times as a decent breakfast. But since ive started cutting out post WO carbs ive virtually stopped eating them.
All well and good. Except that as ive decreased my sat fat intake as well over the last 4 months-ish, and ive been told that this decreases testosterone levels in males. In all honesty ive been a frequent, erm, masturbater since i first learned what it was all for. But in the last few weeks not so much. Its probably a good thing to be abstaining a bit more often, but im sure im missing out on vital nutrients.
The baked beans contain a lot of zinc (more than a decent steak) and i know thats important to men. Should i up the bean intake earlier in the day? How much sat fat should i be taking in and what sources of it should i be eating. I do occasionally have a vitamin pill but surely taking those is just a chemical replacement for foods i should be eating.
This is pretty damn important (nearly type-o-d again). No point doing all this work to get a better body if im not confident in enjoying certain things.
