hey guy well right now i want to lose weight but i got that under control see i heard that weight traing is good for weight loss and then again you are burning calories so how do you fell about weight traing 4 times a push and pull muscels workout

mon-push
tue-pull
wen-rest
thur-push
fri-pull
weekend-rest

and see i will be doing at least a hour of cardio a day so what do you think
 
thats excellent no 100% sure what you are meaning by push and pull but the rests are defently important muscle needs resting time to grow
 
i mean

i mean the push and pull muscels like push is
chest,tricep,delt,legs and abs
and the pull muscels are
back,bicep,hamstrings, and traps see what i mean
