hello i am 17 i weigh 200 and i want to know how my maxes sound i just started lifting about a month ago since i wrestled and lost about 30 punds which put me at 185 and i gained about 15 since i been lifting. anyways how do i sound on my maxes (main core exercies)

Bench-225

Squat-265

clean-185

deadlift-350

tell me what you think dont be nice just tell the truth thanks. i also just started cell tech and wondered if any one that has done it or creatine before can tell me how long before i start seeing my max's going up and seeing the changes to my body.

Those are pretty good lift numbers; however, I see a pretty big strength discrepency with your bench being so close to your squat.
 
yea i was a stupid freshman that thought it was kool to have a big chest and i worked out my chest alot and drifted away from squat,
 
Chris: Looks good to me; focus on getting the squat up. Deadlift and bench look great.

How many pull-ups (unassisted) can you do?

Are you looking to maintain or get bigger?
 
Chris: Focus on increasing the number of pullups you can do. I forget who said it; but it was once said the true test of strength is whether or not you can tow your own a*s.
