ok guys i need some help. see i wanted to lose weight about 3 days ago but every body tell's me at 13 i should be eating more not less if i want to grow and i'm only 5'2 so i need all the inches i can get. so i wanted to know can i just bulk up and if no what should i do to stay healthy like how should i eat and what should i do for exercise please help thanks alot robert out
