Teenager New Gym Membership

Hi everyone. I am 15 and for Christmas my mom gave me a gym membership for a year which is something i really wanted. She decided to give it to me early so i could stay active while on vacation.
I am doing Physical Therapy at the same gym twice a week for a stress fracture that is healing and my Therapist said it is ok for me to do some training as long as it doesn't hurt. I'm 15, 125lbs, 5.6''-5.7''. I want to start working out and build up some mass and get more definition. I have a 6 pack but it isn't very strong or defined, it is mainly there because im skinny and used to do a lot of crunches when i was younger. I was hoping i could get some advice on what exercises to do on which days. Physical therapy is on Monday And Wednesdays and I'm fine doing extra work on those days because i don't do any upper body stuff with my Therapist. I want to bulk up my upper body especially my chest.
I play Basketball and Soccer and am in strong overall health. I do have some definition and can lift weights and respectable amount. I'm not weak or anything, but i do look it.

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

The best advice I can give is to point you to the Weight Training 101 thread and tell you to read everything carefully, and check out some of the suggested workout routines for beginners/internediates in the sticky thread about "inefficient split routines" which is also near the top of the forum.
Obviously don't try and push yourself too hard to start with until you are used to the new equipment and you know what your fractured limb can handle.
