Hi , i'm Elie , 16 years old .
here is my story : since 9th march , 2009 i started a weight loss program! i weighted 124 kg (273 lbs.) then now i am 98 kg ( 220 lbs.) and still loosing....

Protein is the base

my diet is based on high protein , low fat and sugar free products , but this

require a lot of exercises so that protein doesn't turn into fat

i basically go to the gym 3 times a week :

1_ 45 minutes of Cardio-vasculaire exercises - Treadmill, steps -

2_ 1 hour with weights

and the rest of the days i go hang out , take a walk , play soccer , basketball

with friends , Jog - always in action -

P.S: that diet isn't compatible for every individual
