Technique.

Hey I was in the gym 2day and was just reminded of how very key technique is to weight lifting. Sure technique is required in almost anything physical but in weight lifting its just amazing how much more results you see when you do things properly. I whent from 70lbs on triceps down to 50 and improved my arm movements / stance, and felt an awsome burn; one much greater thein when I had it on 70lbs and doing it poorly. :D!!!!
