Well today was a good day. Not great. Bet better than most. I woke up and ate a bowl of cereal and a bisquit with gravy. Didn't have time for lunch and ate pizza and a burger for dinner.
Today was my last "eat-a-lot" day. I am going to start to eat less at meals, and make them more spread out during the day (6 smalls meals a day). I am also going to cut out soda starting tomorrow.
Good News! I found someone who used to be in the army and now he goes to my college, I asked him to work out with me, so now I have someone there to push me. Pretty excited!
