Targeting specific body areas for weight loss

What would be the best way (workouts) for me to lose the extra fat on my thighs, my chest and my stomache? I use weight machines from Nautilus at my gym. If you don't know of a good machine, what kind of exercise should I do?
 
Shayner you know you can not spot reduce.

Diet removes fat tissue from your body. And, exercise can assist the cause.

I believe that with the right high intensity interval training protocol, you can assist yourself in getting rid of that visceral, stubborn fat faster than if you just did low intensity cardio.

But no exercise in particular can spot reduce.
