I'm 36. Accordingly my max HR is 184, and target heart rate range is supposed to be 92-156.4bpm. Right?
Everyone talks about heart rate so much I assume this is important.
However, when I am doing moderate/difficult cardio - say a fast jog for 30 minutes, my HR is at 160.
I do not feel sick or light-headed, but am I not getting the best work out?
Ok, my resting heart rate is about 60bpm (usually a little lower).
