Hi there and welcome to my diary.
These were the basics when I started out:
I currently weight 11st 11lbs - (167 lbs)
I am 5 ft 4
I want to lose about 2 stone (28 lbs) and I haven't got a goal date
I am currently eating between 1000 - 1400 calories per day (mostly nearer 1000)
Going to gym 2-3 times per week
I have a feeling that I am probably not eating enough but not really sure ??
Any advice and support greatly appreciated

I love the WII !!!!!!! It is so good for toning your arms. We usually play the Sonic and Mario olympic game - total killer! The boxing game is also really good (gets me completely out of breath!)
