I heard that regular machines that only weigh your mass is inaccurate. One can increase their weight through excercise by making muscle, but that doesnt exactly mean one is getting fatter. But on the other hand, I tried the Body Fat Analyzer machine in my gym, and then someone told me that even that was inaccurate. They suggested a lab-sized body in water immersion to measure fat amount. Then what is the most practical way to measure oneself to see how your progress goes in this weightloss agenda?
