taking it slow..er

I'm guessing this happens to others....It can't just be me.

:confused: On my designated day off....not the day something came up....Its HELL for me to stay home and NOT exercise. If i lie down on the floor, I sneak in a few crunches! The BEAST is quiet after i have been to the gym or on a ride. I can be tired as can be but I hit the doors and its on!

i can understand the guilt, but i don't have much trouble resisting the tempation ... but, i'd guess ur probably in better shape then me 2
 
try replacing the work (like crunches) with stretching. A full body stretch can take an hour to omplete and you will feel like you are actually doing something, nd you wil be! Your flexibility and post workout healing will improve!
