Taco bell employee diet

I work a full time job and I eat out most of the time cause I'm to lazy to cook and go to the gym. so today marks day number 1 of my training to become healthier. with thanksgiving around the corner I know it won't be to easy to lose this weight. I'm currently 5'11 and 20-30lbs shy of being 300lbs. I decided to do 2 a days. I wake up at 4 am go do at least a 30 min workout, shower then be at work at 6am, I get off around 3pm. I'm going to try a taco bell diet which consists off at least 1-2 steak cantina bowls a day which is roughly around 1300 calories with glasses of water. *side note* (I take 2 hydroxycut before I work out) my target weight is to lose 40-80lbs before the summer and I'm trying to turn it into muscle if possible. feel free to messege me advice I would appreciate it

Hey, I didn't want to read and not post. I'm British so I may just be finding this weird as a cultural difference but the idea of a Taco Bell diet sounds so odd to me! Fast food all day every day? Why don't you cook healthy meals and save money? Would love to hear your reasoning and some more info? Good luck though - whatever works for you!

Are you looking to lose weight or be healthy? http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calories-in-menu-items-steak-cantina-bowl_f-ZmlkPTE5NjcwOA.html has some information on the nutritional value of one of these bowls - each one has 61% of your daily sodium allotment.

Why not just learn to eat healthy, keep exercising (which is awesome) and stop trying a fad diet of crap food that is going to tax your body in so many ways? Plus, if you're making a commitment to the gym, why not say something like 3x/week, I'm going to make a version of this steak bowl that is healthier? or I'm going to not eat fast food".

Up to you how you do it and good luck either way! Also @Sunflower_ , I'm Canadian but we do have taco bell and it's not something I've EVER heard of around here. I've heard of using subway salads or subs to lose weight but never Taco Bell, McDonalds etc.

well it kinda is odd. I'm there 5 days outta the week so I get food for free. Its just convenient mostly. Fresco/cantina menu is basically tacobells healthy alternative to all the grease. As for the cultural difference idk lol. It's just something I'm gonna try to save myself some money.

Thanks, I'm just trying something different. let me know how your version of the steak bowls go. Also I would do the subway salads except it's way to much lettuce for me. I'm trying the one from Taco bell because it has rice mostly. Im gonna give this about 2 weeks and see how it goes.
