Taco bell diet day 2 and 3

On day 2 I didn't go to the gym :( . I had worked a double that day I also consumed about an extra 1500 calories extra. So today (day 3) I ate about 1700 calories in taco bell. I switched up the cantina bowl to chicken and added more vegetables(basically jalapeños). I was able to go to the gym. I did about a 30 min-45min workout. this week is payday so I'm gonna buy some healthier snacks (any suggestions for those). Also what is a good routine for losing man boobs?

Hello lovely - sounds like day three was good. Those extra veggies will help fill you up. In terms of snacks; I like rice cakes, low-cal popcorn, low-fat cereal bars, tinned fruit, pumpkin seeds, string cheese. Depends what you like! Think about favourite foods and then find the low-cal version of it :p
 
I stick to fruit and veggies - apples, bananas, carrot sticks, pears, etc. I find that portioning things out also help - If you do get bulk snacks that aren't portioned (like cereal for example), open it and use baggies or tupperwear to portion it out into individual servings.

I love cutting up bananas with a dab of peanut butter (all-natural because otherwise, you're eating icing sugar and added fat and salt), cucumber slices with a dab of hot sauce, and air-popped popcorn with no salt. Also, make sure you're drinking enough water - that is a HUGE factor in weight loss and feeling 'full' especially with the salt you're getting in your taco bell diet.
