On day 2 I didn't go to the gym
. I had worked a double that day I also consumed about an extra 1500 calories extra. So today (day 3) I ate about 1700 calories in taco bell. I switched up the cantina bowl to chicken and added more vegetables(basically jalapeños). I was able to go to the gym. I did about a 30 min-45min workout. this week is payday so I'm gonna buy some healthier snacks (any suggestions for those). Also what is a good routine for losing man boobs?
