Switching up Work out.

so i just got in to body building, and it has been about 2 months, i am need to switch up my work out. for chest i do, barbell and dumb bellflat bench, barbell incline, and dumb bell decline. i was thinking cable cross overs and flies, but i think those are about the same workout. for tris i only do pull downs (i think that is what it is called). for Bis i do standing dumb bell curls (usually hammer movement), barbell curls. Back pulldowns, rowing, and wide armed pull ups (not many though). since i am new i dont know many works outs. so if any one has a new work out for me, please share. thanks. also isn't there some big silver book called the body builder's build by Arnold?
