Swimming

Swimming is like a lower impact jogging.. Very good at burning calories, and keeping your joints fresh.
 
One of the best things about swimming is that it helps you to control your breathing.

This will help with your running and weight lifting.
 
The surfers I know that are most built are the ones that are on sterioids and never have real workouts, and the ones that workout with conventional weights.

Don't get things mixed up. One doesn't have to cause the other.
