Ok, I used to be around 205lbs, and 5'1. I was a fat kid and a half. This was when i was about 13 or so. 3 Years down the road, I'm now 152lbs, 5'10. That's great and all - or so people tell me. But the excess skin I got from losing all that weight is STILL affecting me after 3 years. I would like to think that it's just in my head, but i can stretch skin from my chest about 3 inches away from my body. It doesn't look really gross or anything, most people can't notice it if I don't have my shirt on, but I know that I would look MUCH more cut if I didn't have all this. It's bothering me because I'm trying to cut fat to the point where I have a 6 pack, I don't know if I'm even capable of having one right now or if I have to wait til this skin readjusts itself over the years. Right now though I'm afraid it might be causing me to cut fat waaay below what I should be at. I was going to buy a BF% calculator, and plan on it really soon. This is a picture about 3 months ago...
In this pic I weighed about 150lbs, then I started bulking and went up to 165lbs. I just finished cutting now and am back down to 152.4lbs. I only bulked for so little because I wasn't sure if I could burn the weight off again, Now that I know I can I'm thinking about bulking to 180 or so, then cutting til I'm satisfied with my physique. I'm just looking for comments or tips on anything. Thanks a lot.
