Sweet God please help I used to be a fatty.

Ok, I used to be around 205lbs, and 5'1. I was a fat kid and a half. This was when i was about 13 or so. 3 Years down the road, I'm now 152lbs, 5'10. That's great and all - or so people tell me. But the excess skin I got from losing all that weight is STILL affecting me after 3 years. I would like to think that it's just in my head, but i can stretch skin from my chest about 3 inches away from my body. It doesn't look really gross or anything, most people can't notice it if I don't have my shirt on, but I know that I would look MUCH more cut if I didn't have all this. It's bothering me because I'm trying to cut fat to the point where I have a 6 pack, I don't know if I'm even capable of having one right now or if I have to wait til this skin readjusts itself over the years. Right now though I'm afraid it might be causing me to cut fat waaay below what I should be at. I was going to buy a BF% calculator, and plan on it really soon. This is a picture about 3 months ago...

In this pic I weighed about 150lbs, then I started bulking and went up to 165lbs. I just finished cutting now and am back down to 152.4lbs. I only bulked for so little because I wasn't sure if I could burn the weight off again, Now that I know I can I'm thinking about bulking to 180 or so, then cutting til I'm satisfied with my physique. I'm just looking for comments or tips on anything. Thanks a lot.

Holy ****, I was expecting to see a pic of someone with skin curtains blowing in a following wind :D

Quit worrying, you look good.

In a really "I don't want to touch you" kind of way.

EDIT: Buy some skin calipers or get it done at a gym. One accurate reading for your peace of mind.

For real, you don't have the big skin folds that I was expecting to see. Remember, your skin (if healthy) should be very elastic. If your skin doesn't tighten anymore (which sometimes it doesn't after drastic weight loss), then that's just a great excuse to do a FULL TIME clean bulk. :) Just fill it out.

Wow, you look good man, not anywhere near I was expecting. It's hard to believe that you were 205 in the first place, I say just keep on doing what you are doing and you will see the results that you want to see.

well the problem is that my "tummy" has gotten smaller since the picture, but muscles are still invisible. granted you can see a little bit in the upper region. maybe i'm wrong in blaming it on the losing 50lbs thing, but i do know that i have excess skin and is mistaken for as fat by a lot of people which pisses me off lol. ie: when people pinch me :(.

keep working out, it takes time. make sure your doing a full body work out and your doing cardio. Run a mile or 2 and then do weightraining. Running is great for keeping you in shape and burning cal.

While excess skin is probably hindering definition, you could still benefit from more muscle mass. Like Tony said, bulk.
