Alright I decided to start a diary after a suggestion from another user (thanks). I'm basically for this first entry just talk about my life thus far and my eating habits, how I got to this weight, what I've tried ect.

1. What is your current height and weight? 5'4" 350
2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? 130
3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now? 310
4. Why do you want to lose weight? I want to live a long life. I want to be healthy and do things my friends do. I'm tired of people looking at me and calling me names.
5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event? Nope.
6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? A lack of money get healthy food.
7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? I don't exercise enough and eat what I shouldn't.
8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? Not sitting on my ass all day. Remembering to drinks lots of water. Constantly moving through out the day. Planning out a food journal/what to eat. Get support system.
9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? Not eating alot and walking more.
10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back? My living situation changed and I no longer had to do what I had been doing before.
11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work? Strict diets. No meat.
12. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? Yes.
13. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? Yes. Whatever we have in the house. Which usually isn't the healthiest food.
14. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go? 2-3 a month. Maybe fast food once or twice and a sit down restaurant, usually something like lone star or applebees once a month.
15. What are your three favorite foods? Lamb. Avacados. Ranch dressing? (Does that count) if not, Milk (does that count either).
16. What are your three favorite restaurants? Bob Evans, La Madalines (sp?) and Chipotle
17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food? Eat more vegetables. Cut back on carbs. Don't drink as much milk, more water.
18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different? I'd be about 130 pounds because I'd like to be somewhat slender but curvy. My legs would be slender and more toned. My breasts wouldn't sag and those things on my side that hang down like flaps would be gone. My double chin would be gone and my face unrounded. No big sacks on my upper arms. My feet would be so wide and my toes would be so fat. Slender pretty fingers and hands with a wrist I can actually but my hand around. No stretch marks in odd places. My stomach would be flat for the most part maybe a little roundness. My hips would be wider curvier. I'd actually have a butt, instead of this flat thing that kind of looks like I have a double butt. Man, I could go on and on.
19. Do you eat when you are not hungry? Yes. I have a hard time knowing what is actual a pang of hunger.
20. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)? Rarely.
21. Do you hide your food or eat in secret? No.
22. Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed? Yes.
23. Do you eat as a reward? No.
24. Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer? Yes.
25. What do you normally eat for a meal? Whatever is in the house. Most likely soup and a sandwhich.
26. What type of snacks do you eat? Ramen noodles. Cheese sandwhich. Anything that's in the house at the time.
27. In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing? Walking from the computer to the kitchen, to the bathroom, upstairs for a showed, and to my room to bed.
28. Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home? Just at home. I don't think it could be considered exercise though.
29. What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise? Walking on a treadmill. Lifting weights. Lunges.
30. What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals? I just think about how much I want to be thin. It doesn't seem to be a big motivation so far.
31. Do you have rewards for certain goals? No.
