Supplements ? o.0

Alright i'm going out on a limb here to look like the most ignorant retard of thiem all but ... I don't know what a Supplement is. What is it and how does it effect your work out? I figured its like a weight gain pill like for muscle somehow helps like an "excercise in a bottle" but i dont even know .. plz help =P
 
Supplemt is a dietary supplement. You can buy mass building/muscle repair products like whey protein, glutmine, creatine. Meal replacements shakes and bars. Fat burning suppplments, amino acids, muti-vitmain etc
 
Well currently I have two protien shakes a day wich according to the jar is just fine, lol. What els in the way of supplements could help someone in general. Like right nwo its just the protien for me but mabey the vitamen suppliements would be good >? I'm not sure.
 
I take one everyday justt for general nutrition (muti-vit). Depends on your goals. I have 10lbs of whey coming now because i find it hard to get a good amount of protein everyday. I don't like cooking that much and the cans of tuna/eggs will get very tiresome if i don't have other options. If you want to put on so mass creatine is probably your best bet. I don't believe in getting too wrapped up in supplements but depending on your goals you might want to look into some.
