Supplements for dummies

So anyway summer is right around the corner and i figure ill work on bulking up by heading to the gym and jogging a bit. Anyway, I was hoping on getting some advice on some of the supplements out there that could help me speed this up, but nothing going as far as steroids. Im only 16 so I dont have access to the primo stuff.

In my opinion, I think you should bulk when winter is right around the corner because that's what most people do. I think you should probably worry about eating healthy rather than taking supplements.
 
you wont get bulky from running.. if you wanna get bulky, read around the weigh training forums for some advice on lifting, perhapps a full body workout (search it).
