Suplements while working out at home.

Hi everyone! At the moment I have decided to workout at home and got myself some dumbells, a static bike, a step and lots of music to pump it up. I also enjoy doing some jogging, for variety's sake. I have been following a real good diet in the last 10 months and have lost 44lbs(20k), but, like it happens in any case, I think the process has become too slow. I was recommended some supplements to boost the fat burning process as I workout at home. Could anyone tell me what are the best supplements I should get to burn fat and how to use them? I really, REALLY want to be rid of most of my body fat and get started in the fitness business, so any help will be great!

Well, I tried some of the most highly recomended ones on the market and I can tell you that I really didn't notice a big difference either way. I am down 50 lbs in about 6 months but it was no faster or slower when taking the supplements. My biggest thing was a diet change, and it sounds like you have done that to great success.

If you don't mind me asking, what is your body fat %? That number is more important than your weight in determining how healty you are. So my suggestion would be either a diet or exercise change to lose fat instead of a "fat burning" supplement addition. You might still benefit from some form of supplements, but I would stick with vitamin type supplements instead of the fat burning ones.

agreed

1) protein
2) fibre
3) fat
4) carb

supps

- GABA
- L-glutamine

GABA seems like strong stuff, both seem to have more of a mental effect. GABA definately helps workout but can't be sure it's not a placebo effect
