super setted bicep and tricep workouts?

so far I do a high weight such as 40ish-30ish matters how I energetic I am that do I do 3 sets of 11 reps then drop every 5 pounds. example- if I did 3 sets of 3os I would drop to 25 and do 10 reps then drop to 20 do 10 reps and so until I hit 10 pounds is this a good workouts to get bulky and cut at the same time or is it a waste of time?
 
You're on the right track. Close. I would do like something you could only do maybe 2-5 reps of, to build bulk. Then drop maybe 5 or 10 pounds so you can do 10 reps of that, then go back up to the 2-5 reps of higher weight. Make it even.
 
oo alrite how many sets all together and will it really bluk and cut at the same time or should I just stick with bulking doing high weights 1-6 iish reps take break and do 2 more sets?
